Objective: Observe the clinical efficacy of itch guard and skin moist gel in treatingfacial dermatitis, and explore its function mechanism. Methods: Randomly divide the90dermatitis patients into three groups which is itch guard and skin moist gel treating group,compound cortex phellodendri liquid treating group and matrix treating goup. All patientsare orally treated with Yupingfeng granules on the condition that the course of treatmentis5g one time and3times every day for4weeks. Take facial itching and flush range,swelling degree, papule number, xerosis cutis and desquamation degree of skin forobservation indexs. Results: Clinical observation after four weeks shows that the moreexplicit rate in itch guard and skin moist gel treating group is87.10%, and the others are82.76%and23.33%in compound cortex phellodendri liquid treating group and matrixtreating goup. Conclusion: Itch guard and skin moist gel has mild and definite effects ontreating facial dermatitis. Its function mechanism is associated with anti-allergic reactionand promoting the recovery of barrier function within the damaged skin.
