Prevention Study Of Hypertensive Population Based On The TCM Model Community (Shandong Pingyuan Mode)

Objective:In order to explore the characteristics of the arterial stiffness betweendifferent syndrome types in the community hypertensive population,provide a reference forthe early detection of arterial elasticity and simplifying community hypertension inChinese medicine work and for "invigorating the kidney and smoothing the vasculars"control scheme.Methods:Selected hypertensive patients from the serving and retired teachers and theofficers without significant comorbidities in Pingyuan of Shandong Province during2008.7to2012.1,collected the clinical variables and quantitative data through the standardform of questionnaire,established the syndrome of yin deficiency and hyperactivity ofyang, yin and yang deficiency,hyperactivity of liver fire, phlegm dampness,kidneydeficiency and un-kidney deficiency according to "Traditional Chinese Drug Guidelinesfor clinical research",tested arterial stiffness function parameters using blood pressure andpulse detector,automatic arteriosclerosis detector,imported all the results into ACCESSand SPSS17.0to analysis community hypertension syndrome on arterial stiffness usingmultivariate logistic regression analysis and chi-square test.Results:The results showed:(1)The common syndromes of hypertension distributionwere yin deficiency and hyperactivity of yang(589/1668),yin and yang deficiency(577/1668).(2)The arterial stiffness parameters after corrected main factors betweenhypertension standard type had no significant difference (P>0.05).(3)The baPWV,ABI,AIbefore and after correcting between kidney deficiency and un-kidney deficiency ofhypertension had significant difference.cSBP,AIP75had no significant difference(P<0.05),the higher baPWV,AIof kidney deficiency syndrome suggested the increased arterial stiffness in the hypertension of kidney deficiency syndrome.Conclusion:The basic syndromes of community hypertension of specific age,gender,concomitant diseases and other factors were yin and yang deficiency, yin deficiency andhyperactivity of yang and kidney deficiency.The arterial stiffness parameters aftercorrected main factors between hypertension standard type had no significant difference.The arterial stiffness parameters before and after correcting main factors between kidneydeficiency and un-kidney deficiency of hypertension had significant difference,includingthe increased arterial stiffness parameters in the hypertensions of kidney deficiencysyndrome.The classification of kidney deficiency and un-kidney deficiency syndrome maybe more sensitive response to changes in arterial stiffness compared with the classificationbased on the standard type syndrome.
