Community Hypertension Tcm Syndromes Of Clinical Epidemiology Survey

Objective: To study the high-risk people and the patient of essential hypertension, established the community inspecting of Chinese medicine syndromes,found the difference between two kind of people, Summarize the hazard factor and morbidity rule of EH, explore the research of Chinese medicine treating HE.Methods:1. The objects of research are people who have been living near Dongfang hospital and Huguosi hospital. 2. Framed the unifie table of record for clinical study of syndromes of hypertension, finished the collections of symptoms of TCM, history-taking, picture of the tongue and pulse condition and physical sign. 3. Statistical method: Used the Statistical software of spss, statistic and analyzed the percentages of every symptom, syndrome, picture of the tongue and pulse condition; the comparison of percentages between groups use X2-test and t-test.Results: The research of 150 residants in three connunity showed: 1. The general epidemiology situation of Hypertension: (1) The investigation showed that hypertension and the high-risk group did not have the remarkable difference in the sex, but had the significant difference in the age,The age of the hypertension group was much higher than high-risk group in the age. (2) In the body weight index, the body weight of the hypertension group was much higher than the high-risk group. (3) In the hazard factor, The hypertension group was much higher than the high-risk group in the lack of the physical strength activity. The high-risk group was much higher than the hypertension group in the high diet salty . (4) In the complications aspect, Hypertension patient presented the cerebrovascular disease and the kidney harm formation rate is obviously higher than the high dangerous group.2.Distribution of syndromes: The statistical analysis shows : In the high-risk group the common syndromes are the heart diseases of general debility(66%),Yin deficient card(62%),kidney empty(60%),the liver positive high proportion(42%),anger high abundant(36%),blood stasis(34%),the lacking in vital energy card(30%).In the hypertension group the common syndromes are the liver positive high proportion(52%),kidney empty(48%),the heart diseases of general debility(43%),Yin deficient card(40%),the lacking in vital energy card(35%),anger high abundant(33%),blood stasis(30%). The high-risk group mainly displays deficient syndromes , The hypertension group mainly displays both ampty and common cards.After statistics analysis, hypertension group with high-risk group in Yin deficient, lacking in vital energy and in the high-risk symptom has the remarkable difference. In high dangerous group Yin deficient, the lacking in vital energy and the high-risk symptom distribution compares hypertension group.3. The character of distribution of symptoms: the common symptoms of hypertension are systematic symptom of the liver, systematic symptom of the kidney, systematic symptom of the heart, and the symptoms of the deficiency-syndrome of qi and the deficiency-syndrome of yin. The common systematic symptoms of the liver are vertigo,irritable,headache , and heaviness of the head. The common systematic symptoms of the kidney are tinnitus,weak knee, and frequency of nocturia. The common systematic symptoms of the heart are insomnia, amnestic, chest distress, palpitation, and short breath. The common symptom of the deficiency-syndrome of qi is tiredness. The common symptoms of the deficiency-syndrome of yin are xerostomia, feverish sensation in the chest and constipation.The tongue proper of the high-risk group are maily pale tongue(48%),dark tongue(42%). The tongue coating are thin or lack coating(72%), The pulse conditions are wiry pulse(52%)and deep pulse(46%). The tongue proper of hypertension group are maily reddened tongue(52%),dark tongue(46%). The tongue coating are thin or lack coating and yellow tongue coating. The pulse conditions are wiry pulse(46%),deep pulse(43%)and stringy pulse( 43% ) . The high-risk group mainly displays deficient syndromes , The hypertension group mainly displays both ampty and common cards. Conclusion: 1.The hypertension group was obviously higher than the high-risk group in the age,in the lack of the physical strength activity ,in the body weight,in the cerebrovascular disease and the kidney harm formation rate。The high-risk group was much higher than the hypertension group in the high diet salty .2.
