| Objective: Investigate the clinical efficacy of the Tiaozang soup Treatment of LiverQi Stagnation functional anorectal pain, evaluation of quality of life before and aftertreatment to improve the situation.Methods: Select subjects according to the diagnostic criteria of functional anorectalpain,60patients were randomly divided into2groups, the treatment group30cases, tothe tune dirty soup decoction400ml in the morning and evening twice taking two weeks ofa course of treatment, and warm water ride bath, two weeks of a course of treatment,twice daily, every15-20minutes. Control group of30cases, using warm water bath, twoweeks of a course of treatment, twice daily, every15-20minutes. Were included in thedaily statistics. We observed the two courses evaluated. Eight aspects of the physiologicalfunction in patients before and after treatment, physiological functioning, role physical、bodily pain, general health, vitality, social functioning, role emotional, mental healthevaluation.Results: Clinical Observation: tune dirty soup combined with the warm water bathtreatment of functional anorectal pain, the cure rate is20%, the total effective rate was96.67percent, the warm water bath treatment group more prevalence rate of10%, thetotal effective rate of80%in the treatment group than the control group (P <0.05).Evaluation of the quality of life after treatment: treatment group in physiologicalfunctioning, role physical、 bodily pain, general health, vitality, social functioning, roleemotional, mental health, before and after treatment was statistically significant (P<0.01), control group quality of life scores before and after treatment was statisticallysignificant (P <0.05), the treatment group compared with the quality of life scores in thecontrol group after treatment, statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion: Dirty tone soup treatment of functional anorectal pain recent significanteffect three months after the recurrence rate, and can significantly improve patients’ qualityof life. |
