The Clinical Observation In Treating Qi And Yin Deficieney Syndrome Of Graves Disease With YiQiYang YinQingGanFang

Objective： Observe the clinical curative effection of Chinese patent drug“YiQiYangYinQing GanFang” in treating Qi and Yin deficiency syndrome of GravesDisease,the difference effect between Chinese medicine and western medicine in removingThyromegaly is compared，and there effects in some laboratory data are also compared，Offering a theoretical basis for the clinical use.Methods：Taking the method of random and antitheses，60patients with Qi and Yindeficiency syndrome of Graves Disease were divided into treatment group（n=30） and thecontrol group（n=30）. All the participants had received the basic cure，the treatment groupreceived the basic cure plus YiQiYangYinQingGanFang，another group received the basiccure plus tapazole.Observation time last for8weeks，the main outcome measures are asfollows：the clinical symptoms，heart rate，weight，basal metabolic rate（BMR），thyrocele，protruding eyes degrees，thyroid function，liver function，blood routine examination andso on.Results：After cured,the clinical symptoms，heart rate，weight，BMR，thyrocele，protruding eyes degrees，thyroid function，liver function，blood routine examination andso on were obviously improved，which showed significant difference from the controlgroup.During the tests adverse reactions did not appear.Conclusion: YiQiYangYinQingGanFang has curative effect on Qi and Yin deficiencysyndrome of Graves Disease,which can improves patients,clinical symptoms，heart rate，weight，BMR，thyrocele，protruding eyes degrees，thyroid function，liver function，blood routine examination and so on,the drug can be safely used,which proved the validity oftraditional Chinese medicine treatment,and once correctly applied the traditional Chinesemedicine dialectical therapy to reduce Graves Disease will have a broad prospect.
