| The study comes from the national natural science foundation “qi-deficiencyintervention filling kidney deficiency elderly hypertension syndrome sex hormone receptorcase kidney-qi express and control mechanism research”.Objective:To observe the curative effect and primary mechanism of kidneyQi-deficiency syndrome in the morbidity of hypertension and the influence of fillingkidney on IL-2,Leptin,blood pressure and the improvement of clinical symptoms andfurther to provide a new theoretical basis on the treatment of elderly primary hypertensionthrough the TCM theory of filling kidney.Methods: In the clinical study,60elderly male patients of hypertension were dividedinto3groups:20cases in the health group,20cases in the kidney qi-deficiency syndromegroup and20cases in the liver-fire ascending group. Use enzyme immunoassay andradioimmunoassay in three groups to measure the levels of IL-2and leptin and to observeand statistics. The qi-deficiency kidney group was treated by YiShenJiangYa Granule and4weeks to be a course of treatment. Observe the levels IL-2and leptin before and after thetreatment and clinical efficacy.Results: Clinical studies show that IL-2and leptin levels of kidney qi-deficiencysyndrome group and liver-fire ascending group rised than the health group and showingsignificant differences. After the treatment of YiShenJiangYa Granule, the kidneyqi-deficiency syndrome group has not only good curative effect of declining blood pressureand improvement of clinical symptoms but also reducing the level of serum leptin beforeand after the treatment. There was statistical significance of the treatment method and it is worthy of a wide range of clinical application.Conclusions：Filling kidney is a important rule to treat the elderly male patients withhypertension and YiShenJiangYa Granule is a effective prescription to to treat the elderlymale patients with hypertension of kidney qi-deficiency syndrome. |
