Objective：To explore the regulatory and mechanism of Pei Shen Zhong Yu Recipe(PSZYR)in treating AsAb Positive infertility belongs in Kidney yin deficiency type.Methods: The research method of random double blind and parallel contrast were used.61cases Immune infertility were chosen,they were divided randomly into PSZYRtreatment group (n=30)and the Qiangdisong group(n=30).The total curative effect,theclinical symptoms, antibody negative and the pregnancy,and the safety of patients treatedwith PSZYR were compared to patients t reated with Qiangdisong after three courses oftreatment.0bserve the patient’s side effect to medicine and measure thepatients’blood,urinary routine test, liver and kidney function at before and after treatmentrespectively.Statistical Method: Apply statistical software package SPSS17.0. χ2is usedto test enumeration data, and the measurement data is indicated by the±standard deviation（x±S）,testing by it. The Ranked Data is analyzed by Ridit.Result: The two group’s totaleffecttive rates are90.00％and63.33％, the effective of TCM total efficiency are86.67％,46.67％, the cervical mucus AsAb negative rates are82.76％,59.26％,the serum AsAbnegative rates are84.21％,62.50％, there is no significant difference between them(P<0.05). Conclusions: PSZYR is possessed of the function of Nourishing Yin andRegulating Chong Yi Jing which is used for treated AsAb Positive infertility belongs inKidney yin deficiency type. It improve antibody negative conversion rate,pregnancy rateand symptom,which is safe in the treatment of AsAb Positive infertility．It is worth furtherresearching and widely LI sing on clinic．...
