| Objective: To explore the Three-Column Classification method of tibial plateaufractures and the analysis of their treatment.Methods: March2009to March2011,62cases tibial plateau fracture applicationthree-column type, including two cases of simple compression fractures,37cases of simplecolumnar fractures,20cases double column fractures and3cases three column fractures.According to three column Classification selection surgical approach and internal fixation,the lateral column, medial column and posterior column fracture use respectively theanterolateral approach, improvement in the middle of the road and reverse the L-shapedroad, for double column and three column fracture is taken the combined surgery way,postoperative follow-up evaluation of clinical effect. Observe the time, average the healingtime, the immediate and12months after the tibial plateau of turn inward Angle and Angle,and knee mobility and Lysholm knee rating.Results: The mean operation time single column, double column, three columnfractures are the72.8minã€92.6minã€106.1min, follow-up of12~32months, averagefollow-up of21.6months, mean the healing time15.7weeks,12months after the Lysholmof knee joint score averaged90.3points, measuring the immediate and12months after theX-ray tibial plateau on the turn inward Angle and Angle, the difference was not statisticallysignificant (P>0.05).Conclusion: The classification based on CT of tibial plateau three columns can havegood operation guidance to complex tibial plateau fractures, internal fixation for thetreatment of complex tibial plateau fractures to achieve good therapeutic effect. |
