Clinic Study On Xiaozhong Huoxue Decoction Combined With Surgical Treatment For The Complex Tibial Plateau Fracture

Objective:To study the clinic result of the treatment for the patients with the complex tibial plateau fracture with Xiaozhong Huoxue Decoction Combined with Surgical treatment,and compare effects of the Double Plate Fixation to that over-articular external fixation combined with limited internal fixation in the treatment of complex fractures of tibial plateau.Method:Collected 40 cases of fractures of tibial plateau patients for a prospective study,who were hospitalized department of orthopedics in The Chinese traditional medicine Hospital of Zhangzhou after Syndrome Differentiation. All patients were randomly divided into two groups.The Double Plate Fixation group had 11 cases of V,9 cases of VI according to Schatzker,including 13 males and 7 females aged 20-65 years with an average of 38.95 years.The over-articular external fixation combined with limited internal fixation group had 15 cases of V,5 cases of VI according to Schatzker including 14 males and 6 females aged 20-65 years with an average of 41.5 years.The differences of A group and B group were statistically significant about the general data (P>0.05).Follow-up of postoperative one, two and six months,check the X-ray arom inspection, and rate Knee function by HSS.Comparing the two treatment methods in the differences of operation time,postoperative blood loss, the incidence of complications, completely load time, the tibial fracture healing time, PT and PSA.Results:1. The differences of A group and B group were statistically significant compared preparation with postoperation about complete loading time and fracture healing time,and not about the incidence of tissue necrosis and infection,2. The differences of A group and B group were statistically significant compared preoperation with postoperation about HSS score; which of two groups was statistically significant after(3 days,3 months,6 months);3. The differences of A group and B group were statistically significant compared preoperation with postoperation about PT and PSA; which of two groups was statistically significant after(3 days,3 months,6 months)Conclusion:1. Xiaozhong Huoxue Decoction Combined with Surgical treatment get satisfied results for the patients with the complex tibial plateau fracture;2. The the clinical effect of the over-articular external fixation combine with limited internal fixation for the complex tibial plateau fracture is as the same as the Double Plate Fixation,but in the soft tissue processing is superior to the latter.3.It should be that fully assess tissue conditions, clear the type of fracture, select the appropriate ways to perform operations for a complicated tibial plateau fracture before the operations.
