The Associativity Research Of Umbilical Cord Blood Stem Cell Transplantation For Treatment Of Hepatic Cirrhosis And Type Of Syndrome

Objective：To analyze the effect of the umbilical cord blood stem cell transplantationin treatment of patients with hepatic cirrhosis，investigate the Associativity Research of theType Of Syndrome.Methods：75patients with hepatic cirrhosis，then medical measures as liverprotecting, diuretic, treating jaundice and albumin transfusion were taken upon the saidpatients to improve their liver function before the transplatation，71cases of which wereimproved to Child B level or better.All of the patients. Then routine postoperative care andtreatment was taken upon, and the special agents are HGF intravenous drip180mg for14days, growth hormone4u subcutaneous injection for14days. Finally,1week,4weeks,and8weeks after the transplantation the routine tests should be done.Results：1week after the transplantation70patients was much improved in themental and physical status and appetite levels, abdominal distention, belching and othersymptoms decreased or disappeared,however,35patients still needed albumintransfusion.To4weeks of the observation all symptoms disappeared,and the patient’sappetite levels, physical and mental status returned to normal, no need ofalbumin,disappear of edema.8weeks later,the ganqiyujiezheng、shuishineizuzheng、shireyujiezheng,the prealbumin, albumin, PTa levels were significantly improved(P<0.05),however,the ganshenyinxuzheng、 pishenyangxuzheng and theyuxuezuluozheng,the prealbumin, albumin, PTa levels were not significantly improved(P>0.05). All of the patiens, the ALT, AST and bilirubin were not significant different(P>0.05).Conclusions： The umbilical cord blood stem cell transplantation for treatment ofhepatic cirrhosis can greatly improve the hepatic function， especially in theganqiyujiezheng、shuishineizuzheng and the shireyujiezheng, in particular the syntheticfunction and the imaging features.
