Objective: HuChangQingDu pellets’s efficacy of the treatment of ChronicViral Hepatitis Type B Accompying Intestinal Endotoxiemia, to provide safe andeffective for the clinical treatment of this disease, economical andconvenient, hightreatment compliance by observing and analyzing.Methods: The215patients were divided into four groups by means of randomnumber table. Chinese medicine treatment group were treated by traditional Chinesemedicine given orally on the basis of routine comprehensive therapy.HuChangQingDuWeiPill group were treated with HuChangQingDu pellets given orallyon the basis of Chinese medicine treatment group.HuChangQingDu decoction treatmentgroup were treated with HuChangQingDu decoction for retention enema on the basis ofChinese medicine treatment group.Lactulose treatment group were treated with lactulosetaken orally on the basis of Chinese medicine treatment group. The course of treatment ofall the four groups was20days. Observe and note the change of endotoxin, TNF-α、IL-6、IL-8,points of TCM syndrome manifestations in patients before and aftertreatment and statistical analysis was conducted.Results: HuChangQingDu pellets can significantly reduce endotoxemia in patientswith chronic hepatitis B virus liver disease with gut-derived toxins, inflammatory factors,improving liver function and significant improvement in clinical symptoms.Conclusion: HuChangQingDu pellets treatment of Chronic Viral Hepatitis Type BAccompying Intestinal Endotoxiemia efficacy is indeed significant.”Hot and humid toxicstasis Accumulation colon” is its basic pathogenesis.
