Four Gods Oral Colonic Delivery Formulations Of Pharmaceutical Research

The morbidity of chronic non-specific ulcerative colitis is rising nowadays.which generally resorts to Sishen pills(tablets)and enemas.However,by traditional oral use,medicine hardly reach diseased region in colon due to the First-pass effect ,or uneven distribution , individual difference , discommdiousness in use, difficult to accept and so on by enema.The task based on recipe of Sishen tablets relates to pharmaceutical research of pH dependent oral colon targeting-drug delivery system(OCTDS),objecting to congregate medicine to diseased region by oral colon targeting administration and improve curative effect.Now ,initial research of preparation technics and quality control has been finished.According to characters of ingredients in prescription,pharmacological actions and latter-day literatures,extraction artwork was choosen by pharmaco-experiment model of colitis at rat.Through filtration of extraction condition,Myristica fragrans Houtt.and Zingiber officinale Rose .were decided to distill naphtha 5 hours with 8times water;Psoralea corylifolia L., Evodia rutaecarpa (Juss.)Benth. Schisandra chinensis (Turcz.)Baill., Ziziphus jujuba Mill extracted 3times ,each 1.5hs with 5 times 60% alcohol . The model of pharmaco-experiment with chyster showed effective and valid of colon administration indirectly.In modeling technique.compared spraying drying and fluid bed granulation with the second choosen finally;compared two craft of adding naptha,and decided to add it directly according to experiment result and feasibility of artwork. .Two pre-mixed pH dependent coating materials which have come into the market were choosen ,both made it.In quality evaluation,determined the disintegration latitude of product,established TLC of Psoralea corylifolia L. ,. Myristica fragrans Houtt. , Myristica fragrans Houtt.and content mensuration of psoralen, isopsoralen,also the initial research of stability of praeparatum. Result: It's rational to prepare OCTDP with Sishen tablets and also feasible ,through artcraft research and quality evaluation.
