| Objectives: Observe the external fixator and other fixed in the children’s limbs nearmetaphyseal injury, to make an objective evaluation of the efficacy of different treatmentmodalities, in order to better guide the application of external fixation in the treatment ofchildren with fractures.Methods:Study our hospital between2011to201257cases of extremities nearmetaphyseal injury in children cases, were randomly divided into two groups,among which,the fixed frame fixed group, other treatment group as control group, on a regular basisfilmreviewed,and recorded in two groups of X piece change, fracture healing time and theadjacent joint function recovery situation, analysis of its causes and to summarize theexperience of treatment.Results: Two groups of children are all in the follow-up time to heal.Conclusions: External fixator because of its minimally invasive, reliable fixation tofacilitate the demolition and without secondary surgery, is widely used in clinical,and thusprovides a suitable treatment for the clinical treatment of ideas in the treatment of childrenwith limbs nearly metaphyseal injury... |
