Clinical Study On The Effect Of Shensongyangxin Capsule Treating HRT In Patients With Dilated Cardiomyopathy And The Discussion Of The Mechanism

Objective:To observe the clincical effect of shensongyangxin capsule treating heartrate turbulence in patients with dilated cardiomyopathy and explore its mechanism in orderto provide a new theoretical basis for the treatment and the improvement of theprognosis.Methods:According to the standards,50cases of hospital inpatients oroutpatients diagnosed with dilated cardiomyopathy were divided randomly into twogroups:basic treatment group and shensongyangxin capsule treating group.The basictreatmennt group with25cases were dosed with routine western medicine,and theshensongyangxin capsule treating group with25cases were dosed with shensongyangxincapsule on the basic treatment of routine western medicine.Before and after the treatment,HRT-negative rate,turbulence onset (TO), turbulence slope (TS) and the sum of prematureventricular contraction(PVC) were calculated through24h Holte;QT dispersion(QTd) wascalculated through ECG;left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF), left ventricular enddiastolic diameter (LVEDD) and stroke volume (SV) were detected by echocardiography;6minutes walk test and Hamilton Depression Rating Points were measured; electrolytes,liver and renal function were measured.The patients were followed up every twoweeks.Observing the these changes before and after treatment in order to determine theefficacy and security.Results:Before the treatment,there were no difference between twogroups(P>0.05);After3months treatment,the study show:(1)The HRT negativetiverate,TO,TS,the sum of PVC and QTd were improved better in both groups(P<0.01), andthese parameters in shensongyangxin capsule treating group were improved better thanthose in basic treatment group(P<005);(2)LVEF、LVEDD and SV were improved better than before in both groups(P<005),but there were no difference between two groups(P>0.05);(3)The improved degree of6minutes walk test and Hamilton Anxiety Scale Pointsin shensongyangxin capsule treating gpoup improved better than those in basic treatmentgroup(P<0.05);(4)there was no difference between two groups in electrolytes,liver andrenal function before and after the treatment(P>0.05).Conclusion: Shensongyangxincapsule can significantly improve autonomic function exception. Through this study,weprovide a new theoretical basis for the treatment and the improvement in prognosis ofpatients with dilated cardiomyopathy.
