Meta-analysis Of Efficacy Of ShenSongYangXin Capsule Combined With Western Medicine For The Treatment Of Atrial Fibrillation

Objective: Make an objective evaluation through the ShenSongYangXin Capsule combined with western medicine treatment of the efficacy and safety of atrial fibrillation(AF),as the reference of ShenSongYangXin Capsule in the treatment of atrial fibrillation(AF) provides more evidence of evidence-based medicine.Methods: Retrieval of nearly 10 years of database and collect Randomized controlled literature related to ShenSongYangXin Capsule combined with western medicine in the treatment of atrial fibrillation,according to the established evaluation method to screen for two groups which are ShenSongYangXin Capsule combined with western medicine group and western medicine group. Efficacy of clinical symptoms, ECG, P wave dispersion ……adverse reactions in the treatment of atrial fibrillation Will be the evaluation index. The improved Jadad scale was used to evaluate the quality of the literatures.Using Software RevMan5.3.5 provided by the Cochrane Collaboration to meta-analysis of including literature. Analysising heterogeneity by I2 value, analysising stability by Sensitivity analysi,analysising publication bias by Mapping funnel plot.Results: The study included 35 papers, including 2961 patients.Meta-analysis results showed:ShenSongYangXin Capsule combined with western medicine have higher efficiency than single western medicine treatment in the following aspects:the treatment of atrial fibrillation clinical symptoms, ECG curative effect, P wave dispersion and atrial fibrillation attack frequency, average heart rate, left atrial diameter, six minute walk test,the quality of life score.But the left atrial diameter sensitivity analysis showed that the evaluation results are not stable. Therefore, it is need to further study of ShenSongYangXin Capsule on left atrial diameter to Study the improvement of left atrial diameter.;but in the Ejection Fraction and adverse reaction, the difference between the two groups was notsignificant.Conclusion: ShenSongYangXin Capsule combined with western medicine have better treatment effect than single western medicine treatment in the following aspects:the treatment of atrial fibrillation clinical symptoms, ECG curative effect, P wave dispersion and atrial fibrillation attack frequency, average heart rate, left atrial diameter, six minute walk test, the quality of life score;but in he Ejection Fraction and adverse reaction, the difference between the two groups was not significant.Subject to the limitations of the quality of the literature, the results of the efficacy evaluation need to be confirmed by more high-quality randomized double-blind controlled trials.
