System Analysis Of Literature About Combination Of TCM And Western Medicine Therapy In Treating Habitual Abortion

Purpose：This paper make system evaluation about the clinical effects of combinationof TCM and Western Medicine in treating habitual abortion, using the methods ofanalyzing articles from1990～2011to help the clinical treatment and further researches ofhabitual abortion.Method：Use evidence-based medicine approach to analyse the clinical effects ofcombination of TCM and Western Medicine in treating habitual abortion by Meta-analysis.The first chapter is the quality evaluation of selected literatures, including the qualitativeanalysis about the basic information of literatures and the designing situation of clinicalscientific research; the second chapter is the Meta-analysis of selected literatures.Results：There are13literatures have been selected,of which there are10literaturescan take Meta-analysis.Statistics show that the effects of combination of TCM and WesternMedicine in treating habitual abortion is clear, the total efficiency of OR(95%CI) is4.33([2.83~6.62]);the sub-analysis of control group’s efficiency of OR(95%CI) is4.39([2.79~6.92]).Conclusion：The result of Meta-analysis is the effect of combination of TCM andWestern Medicine in treating habitual abortion is exact.
