The Study About The Effect Of Tiao He Yin On Blood Lipid Of Er(+),Pr(+) And Her-2(-) Breast Cancer Patients Who Take Tamoxifen

Objective:To study Tiao He Yin’s effect of premenopausal breast cancer patients who are treated by Tamoxifen on blood lipid and other symptoms.Method:60cases of premenopausal breast cancer patients are stochastically divided into the therapeutic group and the control group.The therapeutic group are treated by Tiao He Yin combined with Tamoxifen (TAM).The control group are treated by TAM only. Observe the two groups about clinical symptoms and blood lipid changes before and after treatment.Results:1)Triglycerides(TG):After the treatment the TG of therapeutic group is lower then before(P<0.01),have statistical significance.The TG of control group have no significantly change(P>0.05).Between the two groups there is a statistical significance on TG(P<0.01).2)Low-density lipoprotein(LDH):The LDH of therapeutic group is lower after the treatment (P<0.01),have statistical significance.The LDH of control group is also lower after treatment(P<0.05).but the change on the LDH of treatment group is significantly lower then control group(P<0.01).3)Clinical symptoms and karnofsky performance score(KPS):there is statistical significance in the change of clinical and KPS(P<0.01) between the treatment group and control group.The treatment group’s clinical symptoms and KPS are improved.Conclusion:Tiao He Yin can improve premenopausal breast cancer patients’s symptoms and regulation blood lipid who is treated by TAM.
