Objective: To observe the impact of the rat bone metabolism related factor which model of the menopausal transition by intervention of the compound Lian-Su decoction,and to discuss the mechanism of action on the bone metabolism related factor.Methods: Choose adult female SD rats,4-VCD sesame oil solvent to intraperitoneal injection for building 15 days,dose for 4-VCD is 80mg/kg.Select building successful 50 rats,and points 5 groups randomly,there are 10 only in each group.Respectively for the compound drink lotus,high,medium and low dose group,model group,fill jiale group.The other choice 10 of not building rats as a normal control group.Continuous dosing 21 days,after dosing,samples organizations of the rats,testing to determine the E2?LH?FSH?CGRP?VIP in serum and the MGP in the uterus and ovary organizations.Results:the compound Lian-Su decoction can improve E2 significantly in serum of the rat which model of the menopausal transition,and to reduce FSH?LH?CGRP?VIP significantly in serum ofthe rat which model of the menopausal transition.improve the inexpression of MGP significantly in the uterus and ovary organizations.Conclusion(s): the compound Lian-Su decoction can through to raise the level of E2 and cut the level of LH?FSH to regulate and control the reproductive axis,in old to make the body disorder for a balance of sex hormones.Cut the level of CGRP?VIP to improve the function of bone metabolism and vasomotor,for the sake of ease relevant information of bone erosion acceleration and bone synthesis ability because of menopausal transition estrogen levels decline.The body hot flashes sweat out because of vasodilation excessive.To raise the expression level of MGP,to promote bone formation and inhibit bone destruction.Improve the abnormal of the bone metabolism.In a word,the formula can improve some symptom of hot flashes and bone loss by neural endocrine hormone disorder in perimenopausal syndrome.Play a role to regulate endocrine?regulating vasomotor?improving the bone metabolism.
