Clinical Observation On Tne Treatment Of Chronic Pyel Onephritis Of The Spleen And Kidney Deficiency Type With The "Replenish Acquiring To Benefit Innateness"

Objective:Obverse the clinical curative effect of the treatment of Chronic pyelonephritis (CPN) of the dual deficiency of the spleen-kidney type with the method of invigorating spleen and kidney. Discuss the clinical significance of "replenish acquiring to benefit innateness" on the treatment of Chronic pyelonephritis (CPN) of the dual deficiency of the spleen-kidney type.Methods:There are60patients of chronic pyelonephritis of the dual deficiency of the spleen-kidney type with non-acute exacerbation totally. Give every patient the Chinese medicine decoctions a daily, morning and evening service, to benefit spleen for the treatment. Judge the efficacy of the treatment based on the comparison of the clinical symptoms’ scores, and the results of β2-MG,T lymphocyte subsets(CD3,CD4,CD8,CD4/CD8) and immunoglobulin (IgG、IgA、IgM) before and after the.treatment after8weeks.Results:①The clinical significant efficiency of chronic pyelonephritis of the dual deficiency of the spleen-kidney type is58.3%,its efficiency is81.7%.②Clinical symptoms’scores after the treatment are better than before(P<0.01).③β2-MG, T lymphocyte subsets(CD3,CD4,CD8,CD4/CD8) and immunoglobulin(IgG、IgA、IgM)after4weeks and8weeks are both better than before(P<0.01),after8weeks are better than before(P<0.01).Conclusion:The treatment of chronic pyelonephritis of the dual deficiency of the spleen-kidney type, with "replenish acquiring to benefit innateness" not only can effectively alleviate the clinical symptoms, increase serum IgG、IgA、IgM,and CD3and CD4, CD4/CD8level,reduce the level of CD8.
