Objective:This project aimed at using epidemiological research methods to explore adolescent girls there may be some high-risk factors of adolescent PCOS. Mainly from menstruation,signs, waist to hip ratio, body mass index, physical condition,eating habits,exercise habits and other aspects to investigate and analyze. Thus enable us lo understand the distribution of the relevant factors of adolescent PCOS in the adolescent population. Follow-up survey2or3years for high-risk groups so that we understand the onset of adolescent PCOS in the population. Regulate the physical fitness of adolescent girls and intervene lifestyle in order to achieve the purpose of prevention.Method:We questioned the girls of10-12years old in Harbin city on the base of the literature research and the basic questionnaire.864valid questionnaires were selected out of106menstrual disorders questionnaires. Mainly from menstruation, signs, waist to hip ratio, body mass index and other aspects to investigate and analyze. Finally we analyze and draw conclusions thought data processing, statistical description, x2and other statistical methods.Results:1Questionaires in Harbin City,12to15-year-old high school girls, the high-risk factors of adolescent PCOS epidemiological survey of864cases,106performance for abnormal menstruation, which the main clinical manifestations as the late menstrual and menstrual thin.2Survey of high-risk factors for adolescent PCOS, abnormal menstruation of girls with normal menstrual girls in the overweight, obesity, waist-hip ratio, external signs, family history, dietary habits, and exercise habits are significant differences 3In theory, menstrual abnormalities in106people have high-risk factors of adolescent PCOS and have the possibility of development for adolescent PCOS. The people only31people menstrual period more than two years, the remaining55period greater than a year,20less than a year, so their specific results need to be two to three years of follow-up survey. Conclusion:Research that puberty early diagnosis and treatment of PCOS can delay or prevent the occurrence of type II diabetes,coronary heart disease, hypertension and other diseases in adulthood. Investigation and analysis of high-risk factors for adolescent PCOS is particularly important, and probides an important basis for the early screening, diagnosis and treatment of adolescent PCOS.
