Clinical Research On Yiqibuxuegao In The Treatment Of66Patients With Iron Deficiency Anemia(Syndrome Of Blood Deficiency)

Objective:To discuss the clinical effect of treatment of Iron Deficiency Anemia(IDA) by dual qi and blood supplementation formula, investigate the possible mechanism of action of treatment of IDA by nourishing spleen and enriching qi,nourish the kidney and line gas and stomach,evaluate security of drugs and clinical efficacy,and lay a good basis for further development and promotion of traditional Chinese medicine treatment of blood deficiency.Methods:Choose66patients who were have been diagnosed with IDA and divided into treatment group and control group (n=33).The33patients in the treatment group were treated by the dual qi and blood supplementation formula (yi qi bu xue gao)and the other33patients in the control group were treated by Ferrous sulfate,which were observed by six weeks,and then compared in clinical efficacy, Hemoglobin,Serum ferritin and so on,and processed the data by statistics.Results:1.In the treatment group:the clinical cure(14patients),markedly effective(8patients), improved(10patients),invalid(1patients) and total effective rate(96.97%),and the Hemoglobin of the treatment group increased from70.67±11.34g/L to105.61±14.07g/L. Compared to the control group,the clinical cure(7patients),markedly effective(7patients),improved(15patients),invalid(4patients) and total effective rate(87.88%),and the Hemoglobin of the control group increased from73.06±12.62g/L to97.88±15.47g/L.The treatment group was difference compared the control group(P<0.05).2.The total effective rate of syndromes of TCM of the treatment group was96.96%,while that of the control group was84.85%.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).The treatment group had great improvement in clinical symptoms and signs. 3.Compared with the control group,the treatment group had statistical different effects on improving the level of SF,MCV,MCH,MCHC(P<0.05).4.In the side effects of the gastrointestinal, the treatment group was0%when the control group was27.3%.Conclusion:The dual qi and blood supplementation formula is reliable in treating IDA clinically.It could increase the Hemoglobin and the clinical Serum ferritin levels(P<0.05).Compared with ferrous sulfate,It has the exact effect and fewer side effects.The mechanism may be due to the using of nourishing spleen and enriching qi,nourish the kidney while supplying with iron,which could reduce adverse reactions of the gastrointestinal,and promote hematopoietic to and further improve anemia.
