Research On Key Technologies Of Cloud Community Medical Service Platform

With the development of the Internet, cloud computing is developing rapidly. Increasing number of IT organizations have done a lot of research on cloud computing. Cloud computing technologies are changing the traditional mode of service. Similarly, cloud computing also has a great impact on traditional medical service industry.Traditional medical institution has adopted an independent and distributed system as its construction mode, in which the infrastructure (such as servers, network and storages) is maintained and used separately by different medical institutions. The independent construction mode results in a low level of information sharing and high construction and maintenance costs. Moreover, if there is not professional technical staff to maintain the system, the security will not be guaranteed. These decentralized and isolated health care system facilities cannot meet the demand for medical services. Therefore, to most of the community health service organizations, what they lacked most is good community health service information management systems.According to the development trend and the actual demand of community health service, a cloud community medical service platform has been developed in this paper. Advanced cloud computing technology is used to store residents’ electronic files in the network. Those files can be shared by residents’ families and medical institutions anywhere. In this way, it is facilitate for the bureau to analyze the statistics. Then community medical institutions can be managed in lowest cost.The main works of this paper is as follows:1. This paper introduces the concept of cloud computing and its application status in the medical service industry. Then it studies the key technologies to build cloud service platform. By analyzing the advantage and development requirements of cloud computing application in the medical service industry, a cloud community medical service platform architecture model is designed.2. This paper studies community medical service. Combined with basic public health service specification, using the popular technology architecture SSH based J2EE; we developed a community health service information management system. The system meets the requirements of the new medical reform.3. We use the open source technologies to build a simple cloud computing platform and combine the cloud platform and medical service information management system to a simple cloud community medical service platform. The experimental results show that the scheme is feasible.
