Chinese rural has a large population base,and a great demand for medical treatment.At present,the majority of medical services are provided by village health-center and rural clinic.However,many different reasons are contributed to the problems,such as the information barriers,functions are inadequate,expensive maintenance,complicated system and the lack of talents,which caused the development is lagging behind and the resources of medical are difficult to share.Furthermore,it has restricted the improvement of medical services and increases the burden of peasantries.This paper studies the rural medical information system through the way of research at home and abroad,then analyses the main problems and proposes a rural medical institutions information system.It reduces the cost of medical information construction.At the same time,the basic medical services can share the information with public health.The system reduces the burden of peasantries and improved the quality of services.The main contents are as follows:(1)Designed the system of rural medical institutions based on cloud computing,which used the characteristic of dynamic extension performance,distributed shared and ubiquitous access.This system implements the hardware network resources,data resources system software and application software resources shared,which reduces the cost of construction and management.(2)Researched and implemented the management information system of rural medical institutions,which based on cloud computing in a city of Shandong Province.This paper researches the demands of the users which combined the services of the village hospital and rural clinic.In addition,the doctor's habits have been taken into account.Then designed the architecture design,detailed design and database design.The system is based on Caché ObjectScript implement and design.(3)A risk assessment model of hypertension based on local support vector machine(LSVM)for rural population is proposed.The current situation is that the patients with hypertension is increased in rural areas.The physical examination data was collected in a township hospital of Shandong Province in 2017,then the dataset was cleaned,transfered and analysed.Finally,a model of hypertension risk assessment based on local support vector machine was constructed for rural population.Three kernel functions were selected for modeling,and experiments and analysis were carried out.
