The Comparison Between Different Treatment On Intertrochanteric Femoral Fracture

Objective:To compare and to assess the treatment effectiveness of intertrochanteric femoral fractures by proximal femoral nail(PFN), dynamic hip screw(DHS)and prosthetic replacement, semi-hip arthroplasty, LISS.Methods:From Januaryy2006to January2010,673cases of intertrochanteric femoral fractures were treated,127patients were treated with DHS,142with PFN129with semi-hip arthroplasty,141with prosthetic replacement and134with LISS. The operative procedures and postoperative functional recovery were evaluated and analyzed with statistic sofeware(SPSS V116.0).Results:Bleeding during operation:there are no differences between PFN and LISS,and LISS<PFN<DHS<semi-hip arthroplasty<prosthetic replacement. Cut effusion:there were significant differences between arthroplasty and DHS、 PFFNk LISSConclusion:1. Bleeding during operation:there are no differences between PFN and LISS,and LISS<PFN<DHS<semi-hip arthroplasty<prosthetic replacement. Cut effusion:there were significant differences between arthroplasty and DHS、 PFN> LISS2.It was effective that treating femoral intertrochanteric fractures with DHS,PFN and prosthetic replacement, and the effect of them was similar.
