Background Cerebral hemorrhage is a common disease in the nervous system with high morbidity, mortality, morbidity. The test results show that apoptosis is involved in the pathological process of cerebral hemorrhage. Apoptosis is controlled by genes independent cell death, in some pathological cases, Apoptosis is the main pathway of cell death.In the process of apoptosis, apoptosis-related factors (Bcl-2、Bax) involved in the apoptotic process of the surrounding tissue of rats with intracerebral hemorrhage, heat shock protein70(HSP70) as a stress proteins, can also adjust apoptosis through a variety of ways,HSP70can interfere with the stress initiated apoptosis program, through down-regulating cell apoptosis related genes, proteins and protease activity,HSP70inhibiti other apoptosis manifestations such as mitochondrial damage, nuclear fragmentation, thereby enhancing the ability of anti-apoptotic of damaged cells and weakening death effect.HSP70also be considered anti-apoptotic protein in addition to Bcl-2. Therefore, further study of the law of apoptosis after intracerebral hemorrhage, and how early inhibition of apoptosis in order to promote the recovery of neurological function are important in guiding clinical treatment.Through minimally invasive hematoma aspiration for the treatment of cerebral hemorrhage, the purpose is to remove the hematoma as soon as possible, This article is aimed at early removal of the hematoma through minimally invasive hematoma aspiration to treat cerebral hemorrhage, make its oppression, mass an early direct damage as well as thrombin toxic substances, inflammatory cytokine release in secondary damage reduced thereby reducing the occurrence of apoptosisObjective This study was designed to establish the model of intracerebral hemorrhage in rats to investigate the protection of heat shock protein70(HSP70) in rat brain after experimental intracerebral hemorrhage and the effects on expression of Bcl-2protein and Bax protein of neve cells.and the effect of the minimally hematoma aspiration to the neuronal apoptosis.Methods85wistar rats were randomly divided into3groups, sham operated group,cerebral hemorrhage group and hematoma aspiration group.sham operated group and cerebral hemorrhage group were divided by time(6h,12h,1d,2d,3d,7d), hematoma aspiration group was divided by time(12h,1d,2d,3d,7d).2μl normal Saline was injected to the caudate nucleus in the Sham operated group,2μl Ⅳ collagenase was injected to the caudate nucleus in the cerebral hemorrhage group, one group of them were treated by hematoma aspiration methods after six hours of cerebral hemorrhage model produced in hematoma aspiration group.Respectively, rats were killed at each time point and then isolated brain, The expression of HSP70、Bcl-2and Bax in cerebral tissue at different time were detected by using immunohistochemistry techniques.Results HSP70in hematoma aspiration group was lower than those in itracerebral hemorrhage group (p<0.05), Bcl-2in hematoma aspiration group was higher than those in itracerebral hemorrhage group (p<0.05), Bax in hematoma aspiration group was lower than those in itracerebral hemorrhage group (p<0.05), HSP70,Bcl-2and Bax in sham operated group was obviously lower than other group (p<0.05).HSP70appeared at6hours,3days to a maximum, seven days decreased gradually. Bcl-2expressi-on appeared at6hours,1day to a maximum, the next day maintain a high state of expression, then the expression decreased. Bax expression at12hours and3days reached peak,1day showed a downward trend, seven days decreased gradually.Conclusions This study demonstrate that the high expression of HSP70has obvious protection on intracerebral hemorrhage rat model, and it promote anti-apoptotic protein Bcl-2expression, reduce the expression of proapoptotic protein Bax, increase Bcl-2/Bax ratio, thus inhibitingbrain cells apoptosis, and thus play its protective effect on nerve cells, and the treatment of minimally hematoma aspiration can reduce the apoptosis of nerve cells in the early stage of cerebral hemorrhage.Significance This study further confirmed that the rat brain tissue after cerebral hemorrhage occurs apoptosis, aand confirmed the minimally invasive hematoma aspiration can reduce hematoma compression, edema, thereby reducing the occurrence of apoptosis.
