| Objective:to investigate the cardiac reserve function of neonatal affected byintrahepatic cholestasis of pregnancy. Methods:the neonatal hospitalized in Obstetrics&Gynecology of the FirstAffiliated Hospital of Chongqing Medical University were selectedrandomly, with normal group (56cases), ICP mild group (47cases), andICP severe group (26cases) involved in the study. The heart soundprocessing technique was applied to detect the indicators for cardiacreserve function of neonatal among different groups, including heart rate(HR), ratio of the first heart sound amplitude and the second heart soundamplitude (S1/S2), diastolic and systolic duration ratio (D/S), and theprognosis situation was analyzed.Results:S1/S2of neonatal in ICP severe group (4.43±0.48) is significantlyhigher than that in ICP mild group (1.60±0.61) and normal group (1.26±0.43), and the differences are statistically significant (P<0.05). The differences of HR, S1/S2and D/S among the remaining comparison groupsshow no statistic significance (P>0.05).Conclusion:neonatal cardiac reserve function declines in ICP severe group, whichmay be related to neonatal adverse prognosis, and therefore clinicalattention should be paid. |
