Objection: To investigate the relationship between hepatic function of mothers and prognosis of fetus in intraheptic cholestasis of pregnancy. Methods: Retrospective study of 143 patients with ICP. Results:The incidence of meconium passage and fetal distress were perfectly high in mothers of high serum transaminase and bilirubin. The higher of ALT lever, the higher of incidence rate. Conclusion:The fatal prognosis of mothers with high-level serum transaminase and bilirubin is bad, so they must be taken great aware of and monitored closely, the pregnancy should be ended timely.
