Background spontaneous intracerebral hemorrhage is a kind ofserious nerve disease that threatens to human health life. It is brainhemorrhage because of all sorts of reasones of large and small arteries, veinsand capillary spontaneous rupture, but not trauma cases. Its incidence, mortality is high, and the clinical complications is common. The clinicalcomplications in spontaneous intracerebral hemorrhage patients, such aslung infection, respiratory failure, electrolyte imbalance and so on,oftenbecome one reasonof its final death. At present, the reports on Analysis ofthe associated risk factors for complications in spontaneous intracerebralhemorrhage patients are not too many, and the results are also different,soAnalysis of the associated risk factors for complications in spontaneousintracerebral hemorrhage patients has important clinical significance.Ojective The aim of this study is to explore the associated risk factorsand to provide some reference for prevention and control of majorcomplications in the spontaneous intracerebral hemorrhage patients, such aslung infection, respiratory failure, electrolyte imbalance and so on. Methods In this study,we retrospectively analyzed the clinical dataof443spontaneous intracerebral hemorrhage patients in March2010toSeptember2011affiliated hospital of chongqing medical university firstpharmaceutiacal market, and created a binary logistic regression model toidentify the relevance between eight kinds of possible associated risk factorsand its major complications, such as the length of time, levels ofconsciousness, diabetes mellitus history, dyslipidemia, emorrhage breaking into the ventricl, white blood cell, hemoglobin, the platelets and so on.Results The major complications in the spontaneous intracerebralhemorrhage patients are lung infection, respiratory failure and electrolyteimbalance. Binary logistic lineage analysis showed that, in the spontaneousintracerebralhemorrhage patients, diabetes mellitus history(OR=4.449,P<0.01)and hemorrhage breaking into the ventricl(OR=2.227,P<0.05)ascribed as risk factors to lung infection;levels of consciousness(OR=2.715,P<0.01)as wellas diabetes mellitus history(OR=11.071,P<0.05)were also deemed to be the risk factors of respiratory failure;simultaneously,dyslipidemia(OR=14.832,P<0.05)came into beingtherisk factors to electrolyte imbalance. Conclusions When spontaneous intracerebral hemorrhage in-patientsare concomitant with history of diabetes mellitus, cerebral hemorrhagerupturing into ventricle at incipient stage, who are susceptible to suffer lunginfection; while in-patients with disorder of lipid metabolism are likely to result in electrolyte imbalance whilst conscious disturbance co-exist ofhistory of diabetes mellitus, which are easy to give birth to respiratoryfailure.
