Analysis Of Etiology And Treatment Of Spontaneous Intracerebral Hemorrhage Without Hypertension

Backgrouds: spontaneous intracerebral hemorrhage(SICH) is one of the main causes in emergency. Hypertension, cerebral aneurysm, cerebrovascular malformations are the most common causes of SICH. More and more cases can can identify the cause of diseases. However, it is difficult to treat some cases which result to poor prognosis because some cases still can't find the certain cause of SICH. Some experts performed some research on the etiology of SICH. This thesis briefly discussed etiology and treatment of SICH without hypertension.Objective: To analysis the etiology and treatment of SICH without hypertension.Methods:In the first part of present thesis, we reviewed the literature about the SICH, then selected some data as the search items. After designing a relation database structure with Microsoft Excel, we got the medical record which belong to the research from the medical record library of TangDu hospital and collected relative medical information, then we recorded the medical information in relation database and checked the integrality of the database.In the second part, we analysis the relative information and statistical significance with SPSS 11.0.
