| Object:To study the effect of enteral ecoimmune nutrition on nutrition, immune, inflammation and recovery in postoperative patients with colorectal tumor.Methods:60patients involved in this study were randomly divided into enteralecoimmune nutrition group(study group) and regular enteral nutrition group(control group). Enteral feeding was performed respectively from the second to the8th postoperative day with the same nitrogen and energy(30Kcal/kg.dã€0.2g/kg.d).The parameters of nutritionã€immune and inflammation were detected on thepreoperative first day and the9th postoperative day and the course of recovery wasobserved.Result:The level of nutrition decreased and inflammation increased in both groupsafter operation. After nutritional support, The level of immune indicators alsorose. The level of total albumin, albumin and transferrin were singnificantly higher inthe9th postoperative day between two groups(P<0.01). The level of IgA wassingnificantly higher in the9th postoperative day between two groups(P<0.01). Thelevel of lymphocyte was higher in the9th postoperative day between two groups(P<0.05).The level of CPR was lower in the9th postoperative day between twogroups(P<0.05).There were no statistical differences in the time of removal stitchesand of gastrointestinal function recovery though the time were shorted(P>0.05).Andthe postoperative infection rate was lower(P<0.05).Conclusions:Enteral ecoimmune nutrition used in colorectal tumor patients werefeasible. It can improve immune function and nutrition status, reduce the inflamm-atory response, and promote the recovery of patients. |
