The Research On Influence Factors Of Hypertension In Different Age Groups In Hangzhou

Objective:This research based on hypertension of chronic diseases and the database module of health examination data in electronic health records system in Hangzhou City, explore of related influence factors of hypertension’differences of the different age groups in Hangzhou City. It contributs to control hypertension in Hangzhou City, and the development of provide the scientific basis for the management and control strategy and hypertension prevention, serving Hangzhou "healthy cities" goal.Content and method:(1) Completing research progress in influence factors of hypertension, research ideas andthe objective of the studies through literature research and the study of electronic health records system in Hangzhou City. Combining with expert advice and eventually formed the basic framework of the paper and technical route;(2) Extracting objects by Cluster stratified random sampling method under the guidance of theses ideas, mainly extract Hypertensive population and Health of population by editing the SQL query language taking Hangzhou electronic health records system includes in Xihu District, Shangcheng District, Xiacheng District, Gongshu District, Jianggan District, Binjiang District, etc.14distracts,conducting Case-control study;(3) Analysing influence factors of hypertension in different age-group distribution in Hangzhou City by describes statistics, single factor, logistic regression;Finally,using inductive methods form a thesis.Results:This research shows that, analysing variables associated with hypertension by single factor analysis,gets area, group, sex, age, marriage, education, place of residence, living habits, smoking, alcohol consumption, physical activity11significant factors (P<0.05); These11variables for multivariate logistic regression analysis, influence factors of hypertension in different age groups are:Hangzhou City urban and rural residents35age-44age age group hypertension main effect factors is area, and gender, and marriage status, and education, and life habits, and drinking status, and sports exercise;45age-54age age segment hypertension of main effect factors is area, and gender, and education, and live to, and life habits, and drinking;55age-64age hypertension of main effect factors has area, and gender, and education, and live to, and life habits, and smoking, and sports exercise;65age-74age age segment hypertension of main effect factors is the regional, gender, marriage, education, place of residence, living habits, smoking, physical exercise; age influence factors of hypertension aged over75is the regional, marriage, education, place of residence, living habits, physical exercise.Conclusions:(1) Influence factors of hypertension between different age groups are different;(2) Consistency conclusions of different age group effect factors analysis comparison are:in area, Linan and Jiande relative to Shangcheng hypertension of risk in all group ane highest of all, Fuyang Shi is minimum of all; university undergraduate and the above relative to illiteracy hypertension risk is minimum of all; partial oil suffering from hypertension risk is higher than other habits; weekly once above,meaning often exercise phase relative to does not movement suffering from hypertension of risk is minimum ofall;35age-44age and45age-54age age group often drinking (2-3times/Weekly)’hypertension risk compared to not drinking is more than a day of drinking;(3) Different age group effect factors have differences of conclusions:35age-44age, and45age-54age, and65age-74age three age groups of male suffering from hypertension of risk is greater than women, and55age-64age age segment male suffering from hypertension of risk is less than women, preliminary judge maybe is women menopause of effect;45age-54age age group city residents suffering from hypertension of risk is greater than rural,55age above rural residents of risk is greater than city;65age-74age and over the age of75is highest relative to the unmarried divorced and widowed,35age-44age married hypertension risk relative to the unmarried is higher; smoking55age-64age years old and65age-74age analysis contradicts the results, open to discussion.
