Purpose:: Breastfeeding is a special physiologic period in the female’s whole life, thebirth-control method of postnatal period contains variety of methods. Outside use of naturalcover birth control is complex and exists to be infected; Looking for a birth-control measurethat is practical, viable, safe, simple and effective costs a lot. Lactational amenorrhea methodof contraception is the natural birth control method that is breastfeeding regulated to attain abirth-control method (lactational amenorrhea method of contraception, LAM). But at ourcountry, the awareness degree in the medical personnel is lower, making the usage ofbreastfeeding in women to be lower. At the same time, our country is still in need of theclinical effect observation of large number of sample, this has limited universal expansion rateof LAM.This research diagram passes the clinical nursing intervention measure and promotethe implementation of breastfeeding, exaltation LAM cognition degree, clinical effect reviewanalysis, promoting LAM practical value, make women to accept breastfeeding to be the idealmethod of birth control.Method: The maternity ward in the second hospital of Jilin University, from2010Mayto2011May, collected400parturient. Mainly collect the social demographic data of newborn and clinical data, issue to investigate a questionnaire. To intervene set research object, atthe postnatal period on the same day, radical line after investigating, on the foundation ofnormal regulations nursing from the researcher one by one give nursing intervention, followup with visits and analysis of two sets of pregnant women’s difference.Result: Two sets of parturients all have no statistics difference at generally clinical data;The average dysmenorrhea time of LAM group is higher than partial breastfeeding set andnon-breastfeeding set;LAM’s breastfeeding set of postnatal period gestation rate is higherthan partial breastfeeding set and non-breastfeeding set;The satisfaction of intervention set tonursing is higher than a matched control;In postnatal period,the number of parturients in thenursing intervention set started galactosis in24hours is higher than matched control;The nursing intervention in postnatal period42day, is higher than matched control;In nursingintervention set, gestation rate shows a statistics meaning.Conclusion: LAM method can prolong dysmenorrhea time that the lactation expects to aparturient, lower gestation rate and raise a contraceptive prevalence rate. The best interventiontime is at the early postnatal period. According to effective nursing intervention, theparturient’s role conversion is risen and the effect of lactation is strengthened.
