Objective: To analysis the effect of combined treatment of Li Chong Decoction Enemawith physical therapy for Chronic Pelvic Inflammation of Qi Deficiency Syndrome, and toobserve the change trend of Patients’symptom and signs before and after the treatment.Methods: Literature review was made to summary the integrative medicine therapy onChronic Pelvic Inflammation of Qi Deficiency Syndrome. Selected60cases of Qi and Bloodpelvic inflammatory disease sequelae were randomly divided into two groups。Clinicalcurative effect was discussed of thirty chronic pelvic inflammation patients who receivedcombined treatment of Li Chong Decoction Enema with physical therapy. The control group,30cases using Dan Huang blood stasis capsule treatment。 Clinical Efficacy was explored bythe investigation of clinical symptoms and signs.Results: Among the thirty patients chronic pelvic inflammation patients who receivedcombined treatment of Li Chong Decoction Enema with physical therapy, nearly half (46.7%)cured while40.00%patients had marked effect，The total efficiency of93.33%. In the controlgroup, the total effective rate was56.7%, significantly lower than the treatment group, thedifference was statistically significant (χ2=4.983, P=0.026)。The treatment effective of LiChong Decoction Enema with physical therapy was exact。Conclusion: The combined treatment of Li Chong Decoction Enema with physicaltherapy was effective for Chronic Pelvic Inflammation of Qi Deficiency Syndrome, whichwas useful of reducing the clinical symptoms and signs of Chronic Pelvic Inflammation of QiDeficiency Syndrome.
