Processing oviductus ranae in producing regions is the key link to Ranae temporariachensinensis David’s industry development. Now,Processing oviductus ranae in producingreions regions are families scattered Basically,the lack of scale enterprise are engaged inprocessing oviductus ranae in producing regions,Processing standard not accord withscientific standard and pollution is more serious,In this study we study on key techniques forprocessing oviductus ranae in producing regions,determine the best technical conditions ofprocessing oviductus ranae in producing regions.Study executed condition,dryingcondition,frog dry softening,stuffing,the best moisture capacity,best packagingmethod.Through study the yield and inflation degrees of oviductus ranae and use GC/MSdetermine the fatty acid content which are Hashima frog’s different capture time, differentweight gain oviductus ranae,egg of Hashima frog,skin of Hashima frog,ascertain best capturetime and the best weight of Hashima frog.The experimental results show that oviductus ranaeand eggs of Hashima frog’s unsaturated fatty acid content were higher which were capturedon October26and November10than on October8,The Hashima frog of average weight in35to45g contain unsaturated fatty acid content are higher than the average weight in25g,unsaturated acids content in skin of Hashima frog does not change significantly,theunsaturated fatty acid and more unsaturated fatty acid content are Significant differences inoviductus ranae,egg of Hashima frog,skin of Hashima frog.The unsaturated fatty acid andmore unsaturated fatty acid content are higher in oviductus ranae than in egg of Hashima frogand skin of Hashima frog,for the development and utilization of the egg and skin providestheory basis in the future.Through experimental research, the harvest time in late October andearly November is a advisable,weight in35to45g is preferred.For this study,we provides thetheoretical data for processing oviductus ranae in producing regions,provide important basisfor making processing oviductus ranae in producing regions SOP.To improve the fieldprocessing of oviductus ranae level has important significance.
