| Purpose: In this study we had determined the content of heavy-metals what are in the Rana temporaria chensinensis and medicinal position,then we ratio to the content of the harmful substances in the living environment of the chinese forest frog.And we explored the relation of between the living environment security and the chinese forest frog.Method: On the one hand we had determined the content of heavy-metals in the male frog, female frog, Oviductus Ranae and frog's egg. And we had determined the content of heavy-metals in the soil and aquatic environmental of the feed lot, and studied the association. On the other hand, we had determined the content of heavy-metals in the Oviductus Ranae what were bought from the marketplace. And we had done the microbial limit test to these wares. At the same time we had studied the effect of store-times to the Oviductus Ranae.Result: The result shows: firstly, the conten of As in chinese forest frog and the botanical source are overrun, then the date shows that may affected by the high conten of As in soil .And the conten of Cu in a part of the samples is overrun.Secondly, the content of Cd and As is high in the soil, but the content of heavy-metals is in the limit in the water. Thirdly, the conten of Cu and As is overrun in the Oviductus Ranae wares. Fourthly, the wares were infected seriously, and the results show that is relevant commodity packaging. Fifthly, the store-times can influence the quality of the Oviductus RanaeConclusion: The Oviductus Ranae wares, the chinese forest frog and the entironment have safety potential. |
