Study On Chemical Constituents From The Leaves Of Garcinia Oblongifolia

Garcinia oblongifolia Champ belongs to the family of Garcinia, synonym:Huangyaguo, Hannandaonianzi,hainanshanzhuz, et al. The plant distribution in Guangdong, Guangxi, Hainan, Vietnam. Bark and leaves of the Garcinia oblongifolia were used as medicine. Garcinia oblongifolia was recorded medicine standard of Guangxi provinces record whcic used in the treatment of anti-inflammatory and alleviate pain、promoting granulation. But the medicinal standard of this medicine in the initial stage, its compounds was unknown, and at the same time, the lack of controllable quality index. This paper focuses on the medicinal part of leaves as the research object, the ingredients of the extraction and separation, purification, identification, looking for new anti-cancer, antibiosis and effective treatment burns medicine plants, and evaluate its exploitation and utilization value, which to provide the theory basis for use the resources.The dried leaves were extracted by85%ethanol. twenty-four compounds were isolated by column chromatography with silica gel, and Sephadex LH-20. The structures of sixteen compounds were identified by physical and chemical characters, spectral analysis (13C-NMR,’H-NMR, MS):5(6)-Gluten-3α-ol(1),24-Methylenecycloart-3-one(2), Friedelin(3), Epifriedelanol(4), Ursolic Acid(5), β-Sitosterol(6), Daucosterol(7), Iisophytol(8), α Tocospiro B(9), hendecane(10), Palmitic acid(11),(+)-(3R)-3-hydroxyl-4,4-dimethyl-4-butyrolactone(12), Benzoic acid(13),3,4-Dihydroxy-acetophenone(14), Trans-p hydroxycinamic acid(15),4-Hydroxy3-methoxy-benzoic acid(16).All compounds were the first reported isolated from this plant.The first time analysis volatile composition in the leaves of Garcinia oblongifolia by capillary GC/MS method which were isolated21compounds, identified18kinds of components by the NIST98spectrum database retrieval.
