Objective Through the comparative analysis of lumbar intervertebral disc mirror posterior under nucleus pulposus resection and limited-incision between vertebral lamina nucleus pulposus provides window for treatment of lumbar intervertebral disc herniation clinical curative effect and the advantages and disadvantages, for prolapse of lumbar intervertebral disc treatments with theory and clinical evidence. To further optimize therapeutic regimen lay the foundation.Methods Part of ancient and modern literature theory through the study of traditional Chinese medicine to prolapse of lumbar intervertebral disc problems, causes and mechanism, treatment of understanding, and western medicine for prolapse of lumbar intervertebral disc of knowledge, treatment, summarized the progress review. Clinical study used MED and limited-incision for the patients with lumbar intervertebral disc herniation,24cases were observed surgical incision size, peri-operative bleeding, operation time, postoperative bed time, postoperative7days,1month and3month symptoms improve recovery, the two groups of patients do the operative efficacy of statistical analysis.Results In the clinical study, MED group of incision, surgery, the amount of blood loss in bed time are less than limited-incision group, and operation time, clinical signs and symptoms change no significant differences between the two groups. According to JOA waist pain curative effect evaluation standard, MED groups:well (19cases), effective5cases,0case ineffective. limited-incision scores:well18cases, effective6patients. Two groups of efficient were no significant differences.Conclusion MED and limited-incision of lumbar intervertebral disc herniation treatment group have its advantages and disadvantages, and both can be chosen according to particular case.
