Percutaneous Intervertebral Foramen Mirror Technology Combination With TCM Therapy For Different Types Of Recent Clinical Curative Effect Analysis Of Lumbar Disc Prolapse

Purpose:This study by means of percutaneous intervertebral foramen technology combination with TCM therapy for different types of lens is analyzed by the recent clinical curative effect of lumbar disc prolapse,percutaneous intervertebral foramen mirror technology combined with TCM therapy in recent what type of lumbar intervertebral disc protrusion has more advantages in clinical treatment.Methods:Collection in May 2015 to October 2016 in suzhou city hospital orthopedic hospital of traditional Chinese medicine(LDH),a total of 90 patients with lumbar disc prolapse,and according to the inclusion criteria to select the central,next to the central area,the lateral area each 30 cases of patients with lumbar disc prolapse,according to the different types are divided into three groups,at the same time,respectively named:central group,in the area,the outer block.Three groups of patients with percutaneous intervertebral foramen microscopically nucleus pulposus excision treatment,preoperative 30 min static drops of antibiotics to prevent infection and postoperative day be pain,dehydration detumescence,nutritional support,such as symptomatic treatment,postoperative day 1 will tell patients walk,and began to use traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)on postoperative day 1 pulp nuclear soup in January,dialectical and subtract medicine according to the patient and the circumstances.For three groups of patients followed up for 2 months after surgery.In the preoperative and postoperative week 1,January,February,postoperative respectively in three groups were treated by VAS score,JOA score evaluation results are recorded and refers to the distance;In February after surgery record each group patients cured by Chinese medicine curative standard.Results:Postoperative week 1:(1)the study from the VAS score metrics in the area and the lateral zone group is superior to the central group,and in the area near the see no significant difference between group and the lateral zone;Differences between three groups JOA scores were compared,the central group to Yu Zhongbang area and the lateral area of inferior quality,and in the area near the see no obvious difference between the groups with and the lateral area;January and February after three sets of VAS and JOA score is there is no difference.(2)from the point of view refers to the distance,each time node refers to the distance of three groups of patients did not exist significant differences.(3)three sets of preoperative and postoperative,postoperative 1 week and 1 month after VAS score,JOA score compared with refers to the distance,P values were less than 0.05,shows that preoperative and postoperative significant differences compared to the above three indicators,is superior to the preoperative.(4)from the perspective of traditional Chinese medicine efficacy evaluation index,the central group total effective rate 93.30%,in the area near the same group total effective rate and the lateral group were 96.70%,slightly higher than the central group,but the statistical analysis showed that nodifference between the total effective rate of three groups of patients.Conclusions:Percutaneous intervertebral foramen mirror surface technology combined with TCM therapy to treat lumbar intervertebral disc protrusion in the near future curative effect is distinct,but for different highlight recent treatment effect is not type of lumbar intervertebral disc protrusion.There was no significant difference in the bending activity of patients with different types of lumbar disc herniation.
