| At present, China is vigorously implementing the national essential drug system, one of its aims is to ensure the rational use of the drugs and provide more security, economic and effective drug for the majority of patients. In view of the serious situation of our irrational drug use and the lack of the rational drug use knowledge of patients and medical staff in our country, the spread of rational drug use knowledge will help improve the awareness of the medical staff and their level of rational drug use, help reduce the medical risks and the medical disputes, and improve the management efficiency of the medical institutions and the promotion of social harmony and stability.On the basis of the theories of the Knowledge Communication in Complex Network, firstly, the concept of the rational drug use knowledge, knowledge dissemination and knowledge networks are defined. Then, the statistical parameters of the complex networks and the knowledge communication model are introduced. Finally, the factors that affect the efficiency of the knowledge communication are derived and integrated. On this basis, the conceptual model of the efficiency of the rational drug use knowledge communication in the medical institutions is built. Then basing on the of the previous mature scale, the questionnaire about the influencing factors of the efficiency of rational drug use knowledge communication in medical institutions are designed. We select three typical cities and six hospitals in the south, northern and middle of Jiangsu Province which represented different levels of economy. They are Suzhou, Yangzhou and Xuzhou. Basing on the field research and the conceptual model, we use the Structural Equation Modeling to study the effect of the influencing factors on the efficiency of rational drug use knowledge communication in medical institutions, and find that the degree of the knowledge customization has the greatest influence. The data provides a theoretical basis to the further in-depth studies about how to improve the efficiency of rational drug knowledge communication for the medical institutions. |
