Clinical Observation Of Preventive And Treatment Of Cold Symptoms Significantly-Asthma With Acupoint Application Therapy In Summer

Objective:By comparing the symptom score and lung function of patients in Cold symptoms significantly-Asthma between pretreatment and posttreatment,who accepted the acupoint application of winter disease cured in summer with Chinese medicine treatment.Evaluate the effect and explore its mechanism.Advising the theory of "Preventive and treatment of disease",explore the more effectively,safely,and easily Chinese medicine treatment methods to prevent and relieve asthma.Methods:The topics selected seventy patients met the diagnosis and inclusion criteria of cold symptoms significantly-Asthma were divided into two groups according to the random number table in a1:1ratio,36cases in the Acupoint application group,34cases in the Chinese medicine treatment group.In accordance with the book Chinese latest herbs clinical reseash principle(to try)on the clinical symptom score of asthma phase,determine the change of level the forced expiratory volume in the first second percentage(FEV1%) and FEV1taking forced vital capacity percentage(FEV1/FVC%), and make the data comparison,analysed, concluded.Result:(1) Both therapies could reduce the patients’clinical symptom scores, and the significant difference of the points was showed between pretreatment and posttreatment (P<0.01).The Acupoint application group was better than Chinese medicine treatment group (P<0.01)(2) Both therapies could alleviate the FEV1%and FEV1/FVC%of Lung function (P<0.01).But there was no obvious ststistics discrepancy between the two groups before and after treatment (P>0.05)(3) Through comparing two groups’total effectiveness, it found that acupoint application group was better than chinese medicine treatment group with the significant difference (P<0.05) Suggesting the two treatments have clinical significance in the treatment group than the control group.Conclusion:The acupoint application of winter disease cured in summer can significantly improve the both clinical symptoms and lung function of patients in Cold symptoms significantly-asthma than the chinese medicine treatment group,prove the obvious clinical effective and no significant adverse reaction.It can be considered that the Acupoint application is more convenient,simpler,easier and higher effective,and worthy to spread in clinical application.The study also confirmed the clinical advantages and scientific value of the the Acupoint application of winter disease cured in summer that based on the theory of "Preventive and treatment of disease" treating Cold symptoms significantly-asthma.
