Clinical Observation On The Prevention Of Bronchial Asthma Attack By The Acupoint Application Of Summer Treatment Of Winter Disease

Objective:Through observing the clinical randomized controlled study of the prevention of bronchial asthma with Dongbing Xiazhi Sanfu plaster,it is to discuss the effect of patient episodes,severity,lung function,asthma control scores,safety,and the clinical efficacy of the treatment before and after the treatment.Methods:Collected in July 2015 to July 2015 clinic patients with bronchial asthma in our hospital,60 patients with standard according to random number table is divided into experimental group and control group,30 cases in each group,experimental group in acupoint lung shu,xin shu,ge shu(a total of 6 holes)on both sides with apply 1 patch applied drugs.In the control group,the patients in the control group were treated with the application of adhesive plaster on the corresponding points of the acupuncture point,lung shu,xin yu andge shu(both sides of the six points).The observation time is from July 3,2015 to July 3,2017.Each person will apply three times a year for two consecutive years,with a total of 6 applications.Lung function examination was performed annually before the application was applied,and the patients were followed up every 13 weeks and recorded the symptoms,signs,asthma control scores,and severity of each attack.Results:1.Comparison of curative effect between the two groups after treatment: the total effective rate of the treatment group was 93.33%,86% higher than that of the control group,P<0.05.2.Comparison of pulmonary function: comparison of FEV1,FEV1/FVC and PEF between the two groups before treatment,P>0.05,is comparable.In the first year of observation,FEV1/FVC and PEF in the treatment group were increased(P<0.05),while FEV1 value was increased(P>0.05).Compared with the control group,FEV1,FEV1/FVC and PEF were changed(P>0.05).In the second year of observation,FEV1,FEV1/FVC and PEF in the treatment group were significantly increased compared with those in the pre-treatment group and the control group(P<0.05).The values of the control group were increased before and after treatment,but P> was 0.05.3.Comparison of the number and severity of acute attacks per year:after 2 years of application,the number and severity of acute attacks per year in the two groups decreased compared with that before application(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the number of acute attacks per year in the treatment group was lower(P<0.05)and the severity was lower(P<0.05).4.Comparison of asthma control score:compared with before application,ACT score of both groups improved after application.Compared with the control group,the improvement of ACT score was more significant in the treatment group(P<0.05).5.Safety evaluation:all the selected patients underwent chest X-ray,blood,urine routine,liver and kidney function safety examination,and no obvious abnormalities were observed.Part in treatment group were applied local can briefly redness,burning,itching,four patients appear local small blisters,instruct patients with iodine volts disinfection,radix arnebiae seu lithospermi oil besmear outside within 7 days after all can self absorption recovery,do not affect the next post apply;One case of pharyngeal stimulation occurred in the control group.Conclusion:In this study,60 patients with bronchial asthma were randomized,controlled clinical observation,and found that acupoint application had the following effects on asthma:(1)The asthma attack was significantly reduced,and the severity was lower than before treatment.(2)It can improve the pulmonary function of patients and significantly improve patients' FEV1,FEV1/FVC and PEF.(3)It can improve the patient control score ACT,indicating that the patient control can be improved;(4)The effect of the acupoint group on the reduction of asthma attacks,the alleviation of symptoms,the improvement of pulmonary function,and the control of asthma were significantly better than that of the non-acupoint group.This study confirmed that the acupuncture points were applied on the prevention of bronchial asthma attack has remarkable curative effect,the airway inflammation and high reactivity with unique control function,and had no obvious effect on liver and kidney function,less adverse reaction,reaction for skin and more instructions acupoint sticking therapy security good,had a higher clinical value,show the advantage of preventing and controlling asthma.
