| Tourtter’s syndrome is one of the psychology disease of pediatrics.The cause is not be recovered.Western medicine is short of evident side effort and recrudence.As we know,traditional Chinese medicine (TCM)has its unique advantage in relieving symptoms and less side effort,which makes TCM gaining more and more importance in terms of prevention and treatment of Tourtter’s syndrome(TS).Objectives:To puzzle Wulingkeli treatment of Tourtter’s syndrome(gankangfengdong card and tanhuoraoxin card) and the efficacy and safety for further evalution and to explore its mechanism.Methods:Clincial study of Chinnese Medicine hospital of JiangSu province and other6hospitals to collect out-patient cases.The cases are classified into3groups by the blind,randomized and parallel to the principle of control.361cases of Tourtter’s syndrome take the Wulingkeli.123cases of Tourtter’s syndrome take tebily,and othere take the placebo. Judge by a scale base on the Touretter Yale overall severity scale(YGTSS), combined with Observation of Chinese medicine clinics have information On the four dignosis. After treat2weeks and8weeks, All follow-up evaluation after the cnclusion of efficacy.Result:1.The efficiency of Wulingkeli group is superior to the control group statistically in tic symptoms.2.There is no significant different between the Wulingkeli group and the Tebily group in tic symptoms.3.The efficiency of Wulingkeli group is superior to the other groups statistically in improve overall physical condition.4. The Clinical trials reported no adverse events were not observed in trials of drugs on heart,liver,kidney function abnormalities affect the adverse reactions.Conclusion:Chinese medicine treatment Wulingkeli Tourette’s syndrome had significant efficacy,particuiarly in the improvement of tic symptoms and overall physical condition. The Chinease medicine Wulingkeli is an effcctives and safty trcatmcnt for Tourcttc’s syndromc, with a clinical practical value. |
