Objective:Retrospectie obserational study traditional Chinese medicine combined conservative therapy prolapse of lumbar intervertebral disc curative eff-ect,and whether there is difference between curative effect, for prolapse of lumbar intervertebral disc patients conservative treatment of traditional Chinese medicine combined the choice of indication provide reliable basis. Methods:Make a retrosp-ective analysis of120cases treated in our department since November2006to Dec-ember2011, cases of lumbar disc herniation. All cases were divided into A, B, C, each group contains30cases. L4/5disc herniation group, L5/S1disc herniation gro-up and multi-segmental intervertebral prominent group. Three groups of patients were treated with integrated traditional Chinese therapy, the clinical efficacy of three groups were compared after3weeks of treatment. Test after the Kruskal-Wallis H test, the data obtained (P<0.05),so three groups were different in the overall treatment eff-ect. Test after the Nemenyi test, obtained (1)χ2(A, B)=1.26, P (A, B)>0.05, can be A, B groups in efficacy without a significant difference;(2) χ2(A, C)=9.17, P (A, C)<0.05, that the A,there are significant differences in group C on the efficacy of group A efficacy better in group C;(3) χ2(B, C)=12.20, the P (B, C)<0.05, can be considered B, group C in efficacy have significant difference, group B efficacy of good in the C group. Results:A group were excellent in26cases,11cases of good, total effective rate was92.5%; B group were excellent in25cases,13cases of good, total effective rate was95.0%; C group were excellent in6cases, good in18cases, total effective rate was60.0%. Conclusion:Integrated TCM therapy for lumbar disc herniation is clear, but to single segment L4/5or L5/S1disc herniation, while the less effective multi-segment disc herniation.
