To Observe The Clinical Efficacy Of Shaofu Zhuyu Tang On Congenaling Cold Blood Stasis Type Recurrent Spontaneous Abortion

OBJECTIVE:To observe the pregnancy success rate and the TCM symptoms of Shaofu Zhuyu Tang on congenaling cold blood stasis type recurrent spontaneous abortion (RSA), and investigate the effects of Shaofu Zhuyu Tang on serum CA125levels in congenaling cold blood stasis type RSA, as well as investigate the value of serum CA125levels in practice in predicting RSA.METHODS:According to the criterion for selecting patients,60cases of congenaling cold blood stasis type RSA in all were randomly divided into control and treatment groups, the former took low aspirin orally, the latter took Shaofu Zhuyu Tang orally. Comparing the clinical symptoms respectively of each group or between the groups before and after treatment, and the pregnancy success rate and the total effective rate of TCM symptoms between the groups after treatment. Before treatment and after treatment every4weeks, the serum CA125in patients were measured by elctrochemi luminescence immunoassay(ECLIA)(4times).RESULTS:The clinical symptoms in two groups were improved after treatment (P<0.05). The improvement of symptoms, the total effective rate of TCM symptoms and the pregnancy success rate were more significant in the treatment group than that in the control group after treatment (P<0.05). The serum CA125in two groups were decreased in a time-dependent manner in the fourth, eighth, twelfth week after treatment, and the serum CA125in two groups were decreased remarkably in the fourth week after treatment(P<0.05). compared with control group, the serum CA125in treatment group was decreased significantly in the fourth and eighth week after treatment (P<0.05).CONCLUTION:It is significance of the clinical efficacy of the Shaofu Zhuyu Tang, and decreasing the serum CA125;the detection of serum CA125is valuable in clinical practice in predicting RSA.
