Clinical Observation On FuKe QianJin Capsule Combined With Desogestrel And Ethinylestradio Tablet In The Rehabilitation After Induced Abortion

Artificial abortion operation is a remedial measure after the contraceptive failure during14weeks of pregnancy, and a surgical method to termination the pregnancy which is due to unwanted pregnancy or prenatal care and disease. Artificial abortion operation includes surgical abortion and medical abortion. Surgical abortion can divided into vacuum aspiration and dilation clamp and curettage. In this thesis artificial abortion operation we mentioned and discussed direct vacuum aspiration.Objective:In order to reduce the abortion complications and repeated abortion, the thesis investigate clinical effects analyze the elements of giving the FuKeQianJin(FKQJ) capsules and/or combined oral contraceptives—Desogestrel and ethinylestradio Tablet (Marvelon pills) after induced abortion.Methods:We choose400women who asked for induced abortion in Wuhan Women and Children Medical and Health Centre during2010.6～ 2010.9. Based on patients went to hospital in turn,400patients who had induced abortion were divided into two groups:the treated group and control group which have200patients. Clinical data shows that there were no significant difference in patients’age, number of pregnancies and gestational sac diameter (P>0.05). the treated group of200patients were administered the FKQJ capsules(2piece oral Tid*8day) and Desogestrel and ethinylestradio Tablet (1piece oral QN*21day) soon after the abortion(uterine aspiration);while the control group was just given the Desogestrel and ethinylestradio Tablet(lpiece oral QN*21day). Both of the two groups take Norfloxacin capsules and Metronidazole pills to prevent of infection and write menses card to note days of vaginal bleeding and quantity of vaginal bleeding. Furthermore, all patients need return visit to observe the curative effect of clinic at the8day、15day and menstrual cramps after artificial abortion.Results:Observation shows that after the treatment the accompanied symptoms in the treated group were less than the control group.(1)The FKQJ capsule and the Desogestrel and ethinylestradio Tablet group stopped bleeding within fewer days (p<0.05). It was have a statistical significance.(2) the total blood loss in the FKQJ capsule and the Desogestrel and ethinylestradio Tablet group was less than the other group (p <0.05). It was have a statistical significance.(3)The menstruation recovered in the FKQJ capsule and the Desogestrel and ethinylestradio Tablet group were quicker than the control group(P<0.05). It was have a statistical significance.Conclusion: The correct application of the FKQJ capsules with the Desogestrel and ethinylestradio Tablet after induced abortion reduces the post-operation complications, recovered menstruation, effective contraception, and repeated the abortion rates. Besides, it can promote reproductive health of women. The FKQJ capsule easily be taken and accepted by people. In addition, we have not discover the adverse reaction of FKQJ capsule till now, it were use with Desogestrel and ethinylestradio Tablet can take a well clinical effect. So, the curative effect of taking the FKQJ capsule with the Desogestrel and ethinylestradio Tablet after induced abortion should be affirmed.
