Analysis The Curative Effect Of Swelling And Pain After The Surgery Of Tibia And Fibula Fracture Therapied By The Package Wrap Heat Chinese Medicines

ObjectiveCompare to Wax therapy, evaluate the curative effect of Swelling and pain after the surgery of Tibia and fibula fracture therapied by The package wrap heat Chinese medicines, then, analysis the trial result and provide an early intervention for the treatment of Swelling and pain after the surgery of Tibia and fibula fracture.MethodsFrom October2011to March2012,54patients were therapied in our hospital, they were randomly divided into two groups by chronological order,they were the treatment group (The package wrap heat Chinese medicines group) and the control group (Wax therapy group), the usage of two group is wet compress on the local skin surface. Pre-treatment and Post-treatment were scored separately, and then,analysis the evaluation result.Results1、The treatment effect in the swelling of the two groups:In the treatment group, the good rate was23.33%and the excellent rate was0after4days of treatment;The good rate was70.00%and the excellent rate was20.00%after7days of treatment; The good rate was96.67%and the excellent rate was76.67%after10days of treatment.In the control group, the good rate was12.50%and the excellent rate was0after4days of treatment;The good rate was37.50%and the excellent rate was12.50%after7days of treatment; The good rate was91.67%and the excellent rate was45.83%after10days of treatment. On the time point of4days after the surgery, the treatment effect in the swelling of the two groups of patients were improved, but no significant difference between two groups by Mann-Whitney check comparison according to P>0.05;On the facet of swelling effect,some significant differences were show on the Seventh Day and the10th day (P<0.05).2、On the facet of analgesic effect:some significant differences were show on the fourth Day and the Seventh day (P<0.05). But on the10th day,both goups did not show significant difference, spray.Conclusion1、Both the package wrap heat Chinese medicines and Wax therapy have excellent effects on the treatment of Swelling and pain after the surgery of Tibia and fibula fracture;but to compare the effect of the two groups, the effect of The package wrap heat Chinese medicines was better than that of Wax therapy.2、To cure the swelling after the surgery of Tibia and fibula fracture, therapied by The package wrap heat Chinese medicines was better than that by Wax therapy.3、In the early days after the surgery, the effect of The package wrap heat Chinese medicines was better than that by Wax therapy on vanishing swell and receding congestion.4、The package wrap heat Chinese medicines has not stimulation for the skin, at the same time, it has no cutaneous anaphylaxis, so it is effectly and safe.
