【Objective】Through retrospective analysis to explore the internal fixation of fibula fracture of tibia and fibula,as well as the effects of ankle joint function.Reference for clinical work.【Information and methods】By Gustilo classification,screening in our hospital in January 2005 -2008 was admitted in December of 78 cases of fracture of the tibia and fibula,of which:A group of 20 cases of male,female 15 cases,B group of 28 males and 15 females.A group of age 18-58 years old,average 35.2 years old,B age group 18-55 years old,average 32.3 years old.
