The Study Of Baoshen Soup In Chronic Renal Failure Patients With Renal Protective Effect Of The Clinical Research

Object iveThis research works through the Baoshen Soup intervention for the treatment of chronic renal failure in clinical research, to observe its clinical curative effect, the results were statistically analyzed and clinical evaluation, in order to explore the efficacy and feasibility of Baoshen Soup therapy, for treatment of chronic renal failure in a new direction, for further promotion to provide objective evidence of evidence-based medicine.Methods74patients with a diagnosis of chronic renal failure, patients were randomly divided into2groups, the group of Baoshen Soup and the group of NiaoDuQing,37cases in each group, the group of Baoshen Soup using Baoshen Soup as main prescription of traditional Chinese medicines in the treatment of the group of NiaoDuQing; the use of proprietary Chinese medicine treatment. A course is of three months, by observing a course of treatment, recording two groups after the treatment, serum creatinine, serum cystatin C, serum urea nitrogen, uric acid, the quantity of urinary protein in24hours and clinical symptoms, as well as recording of the data before and after the treatment of Baoshen Soup。Resultthe group of Baoshen Soup, serum creatinine, blood urea nitrogen, serum cystatin C and clinical symptom score, by statistical analysis, before and after the treatment and control there are significant differences (P<0.05), while using serum uric acid before and after treatment it has no significant difference (P>0.05). to compare the the quantity of urinary protein in24hours of the group of Baoshen Soup and the group of NiaoDuQing, there is significant difference(P<0.05), others has no significant difference(P>0.05). analysis of security:during the research process, it has no adverse events and laboratory’s abnormalities. The tips for using two drugs in the treatment of chronic renal failure shows good safety.ConelusionA randomized controlled clinical trial results shown, compared NiaoDuQing with Baoshen Soup, treatment effects are similar, a conclusion can be drawn, Baoshen Soup for chronic renal failure patients with renal-protected effect is insured。...
