Object iveAn objective evaluation of traditional Chinese medicine health education to the control effect of asthma, which provide a very powerful evidence to the health education of Chinese medicine clinical promotion.MethodsTaking60examples to meet the standard of asthma patients and divided them into intervention group and control group by randomly. For the control group we can combi ne traditional Chi nese and Western Medicine standardized treatment For the intervention group we can according to combine with the traditional Chinese and Western medicine standardized treatment, and we use it for traditional Chinese medicine health education. After3months, we can observed the difference of the clinical index (asthma control test (ACT grade), Syndrome curative effect, traditional Chinese medicine compliance, traditional Chinese medicine asthma knowledge questionnaire score, the happen times for asthma in one year and so on), we can evaluate the asthma control effect with traditional Chinese medicine health education in scientifically.ResultsThe research shows:intervention group ACT grad, traditional Chinese me dicine compliance rate and the traditional Chinese medicine asthma knowle dge questionnaire score rate are better than the control group, after the testing, it is showing significant difference(P<0.05); The before treatme nt ACT grade for both of the interventional group and control group are uperior to the after treatment. After the testing, it is showing signific and difference(P<0.05); If after the treatment of the intervention group and control group have a satisfied curative effect, after the testing, th e intervention group control show rate, effective rate and l years number of attacks compare with the control group without significant difference (P>0.05);ConclusionThe standardized therapy proposal with combining traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine that can improve the asthma symptoms and improve the asthma control situation; Base on the therapy specification of combining traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine, in order to get the purpose of steady control the branchial asthma, we believe that the repeating traditional Chinese medicine health education can improve the patients’to know the traditional Chinese medicine wheezing disease and the patients’ compliance to the traditional Chinese medicine.
