Clinical Efficacy Of Xiaoshenling Decoction For Diabetic Nephropathy

ObjectiveThrough the system Xiaoshenling to add and subtract born observed treatment for diabetes nephrosis (DN) patient clinical symptoms、signs、 relative laboratory indexes and health related quality of life impact, and investigate Xiaoshenling mechanism of action, to provide a reliable basis for clinical application.Methods60cases from the Department of Endocrinology Zhongshan Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine affiliated to Guangzhou University of Chinese Medicine were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,30cases per groups. Two groups of patients between gender, age, course of disease and so on, there are no significant difference. Two groups, based on the therapeutic except diabetes. Treatment group give the Xiaoshenling, the control to given Bailing Capsule, both groups were treated for2months. Changes of clinical symptoms, sign, relative laboratory indexes, were observed and compared.ResultsThere was significal difference(P<0.05)between treating group and contrast group in effectiveness of traditional Chinese medical syndrome. In the lower urine albumin excretion rate (UAER) than before treatment, the treatment group was significant difference (P<0.01), compared with controls have significant difference (P<0.05). On CysC and CRP after treatment, the two groups than before treatment improed significantly (P<0.05). After treatment, CysC, CRP treatment group such indicators with significant difference(P<0.01). ConclusionXiaoshenling diabetic nephropathy can obviously improve the clinical symptoms;Can effectively reduce the diabetes nephrosis patient’s urinary albumin excretion rate (UAER), its curative effect and Bailing Capsule control quite;Can significantly reduce the CysC and CRP, lipid metabolic disorders; Can improve the quality of life in patients with diabetic nephropathy. Indicating Xiaoshenling Decoction on diabetic nephropathy patients has effect. Its mechanism of action may be related to the method of reduce blood viscosity, improve microcirculation, involved in glucose metabolism, protect the kidney and so on.
